Sports Science/Diet and Nutrition Evening well received

On Wednesday 18^th February St Johnstone FC Youth Academy held an informative and enjoyable evening of Sports Science, Diet and Nutrition. Academy Sports Scientist Stuart Macfarlane and his team put the boys through their paces on the All Weather Pitch whilst Pam Paul, football dietician, provided great insight into training and match preparation as well as how to eat and drink for best performance. There was an excellent turn out of players and coaches from all age groups and they were joined by a large number of parents and family members.
